My YouTube clip of the week. To remember the legend, Bob Marley, who would have been 70 yesterday. This cover will blow you away.

And another Saturday is upon us. Which means another YouTube clip of the week. This one has a special place in my heart, and because it was the legend’s birthday yesterday, I thought I would keep it all Marley today.

This is a clip I came across from the audition stages of ‘the voice of Holland’ season 4. His name is Mitchell Brunings. He is amazing.

at the time of posting this, this clip had had 33,711,066 views. Follow Mitchell on twitter here.

Hope you enjoyed it as much as me. Goosebumps every time. ♥

My YouTube Clip of the week: GREAT MJ medley, all vocals by ONE man.

I first watched THIS YouTube clip years ago. But I had to share it. With just under 33 million views, I’m not surprised if you have also already seen this.
I am a huge fan of Michael Jackson’s early work and I really loved how this medley was put together, I was also blown away by how all the harmonies were done by just one person. Sam Tsui.

Samuel “Sam” Tsui (born May 2, 1989[2]) is an American musician and internet celebrity who rose to fame on YouTube. He is best known for covering songs by popular artists like Adele, Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake and Bruno Mars, as well as for his original songs, medleys, and mashups, along with his frequent collaborations with Kurt Hugo Schneider. As of September 2014, he had 1.5 million subscribers.” – for full Wikipedia article click here.

I would love to know what YOU think of this. And, if you have a YouTube clip that you think would be great for #MyYoutubeClipOfTheWeek please send it to me via email:

My YouTube Clip of the week – Blackstreet No Diggity VINTAGE ‘jessica rabbit’ style cover. ♥

No Diggity – Vintage Jessica Rabbit- Style Blackstreet Cover ft. Ariana Savalas

Hello again 🙂

Every Saturday just a little after 2pm I post my ‘YouTube Clip of the week’, and today’s is a goodie. Blackstreet released their hit ‘No Diggity’ in 1996 and recently it was being sung and hummed all across the world after an acappella version was done on the movie “PITCH PERFECT’. I have never stopped loving this song and I seem to be a fan of most of the remakes and remixes. This one, done by Ariana Savalas in a vintage style (and with over 1,3million views) is a little different, and I would LOVE to know what YOU think of it.

If you know of any great covers or amazing remixes/remakes please email them to me on

My YouTube Clip of the week: Female Fails #newsbloopers #falling

It is Saturday, which means… my YouTube clip of the week goes live.

As it is Women’s Month I have been focusing purely on the ladies of YouTube. Today is no different… There are two videos today. Both I really enjoyed but probably because I, like many people, get some weird pleasure from watching people fall. NOTE: no one was very seriously injured in these videos. (except hopefull for the 2 clips with bulls where I hope the people WERE. *I am not a fan of rodeo or the running of the bulls at all*)

The first video is one of female news anchors ‘failing’ live. I love news blooper videos, and I have MANY funnier ones but because I’m sharing this with my work profile I need to ‘keep it clean’ 😉 My favourite part is where the news anchor pronounces ‘Phuket’ as … well… you can only imagine.

the second video, with over 142 million views, proves to me, that it’s not only me and my sister Ceejae who LOVE watching people fall. This is a 10 minute home video compilation of ladies coming very short. hahahaha. IF this is your cup of tea… I’m sure you will also enjoy it.

If you have any great YouTube clips that you would like to share on my show please email

and remember… you can listen to Heart 104.9FM live on streaming here.

My Youtube Clip of the Week 3: #UnitedStatesOfPop2009

It’s Saturday, which means time for me to give you the Youtube clip of the week.
This is an older one, but I still ADORE it. Such great mixing both visually and aurally. I am really blown away by this man. His name is DJ Earworm.
He has done these types of mixes every year, but this one, from 2009, is definitely my favourite.

DJ Earworm takes the top 25 pop songs of the year and mixes them into one 4 and a bit minute song. He mixes their videos too. It’s amazing.

This mix features:

  • The Black Eyed Peas – BOOM BOOM POW
  • Lady Gaga – POKER FACE
  • Lady Gaga Featuring Colby O’Donis – JUST DANCE
  • The Black Eyed Peas – I GOTTA FEELING
  • Taylor Swift – LOVE STORY
  • Flo Rida – RIGHT ROUND
  • Jason Mraz – I’M YOURS
  • Kanye West – HEARTLESS
  • The All-American Rejects – GIVES YOU HELL
  • Taylor Swift – YOU BELONG WITH ME
  • T.I. Featuring Justin Timberlake – DEAD AND GONE
  • The Fray – YOU FOUND ME
  • Kings Of Leon – USE SOMEBODY
  • Keri Hilson Featuring Kanye West & Ne-Yo – KNOCK YOU DOWN
  • Jamie Foxx Featuring T-Pain – BLAME IT
  • T.I. Featuring Rihanna – LIVE YOUR LIFE
  • Soulja Boy Tell ‘em Featuring Sammie – KISS ME THRU THE PHONE
  • Jay Sean Featuring Lil Wayne – DOWN

My Youtube Clip of the week 2 #CharlieAndLeondre

It’s Saturday. Which means it’s time for my ‘youtube clip of the week’. This week is a pretty new video, uploaded this month from the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ channel.
These 2 boys had the judges standing… and the audience in tears.

Charlie,15, and 13-year-old Leondre – AKA Bars & Melody – stopped Simon in his tracks when they performed an adapted version of Hope by Twista ft. Faith Evans.

The teenagers from Wales added in their own original lyrics about their past experiences of bullying and there was tears all round.

Following a standing ovation from the judges and the audience, Simon slapped the magic buzzer. (sending the boys straight into the live semi final)

‘I’ve heard some monstrous songs today and I was literally losing the will to live,’ said Simon.

‘You know what, I listened to every word. Did this stuff happen in your life? I think that record could be a hit. I really, really like you two,’ he continued.

‘For two young kids like you to come out and sing about something that really affects you and do it in a style that’s completely yours is a really rare thing. That’s why you got that Golden Buzzer today,’ added David.

If you have any great youtube clips that you would like me to share with the listeners, please send them to

Here’s the video of these incredible kids. Enjoy ♥
